The Gathering for Change Agents
Year Two: Align Your Outer Game with Your Inner Truth
Program Archive

Welcome!

Here you will find the full collection of audio and resource archives from Year Two of our monthly Gathering calls. By addressing the 12 requirements for change agents to align their outer game with the inner, this program will help you address the challenges that stop you from manifesting your mission. (To browse the program archives for other years, see Year 1 Program Archive “Mastering the Inner Game” and Year 3 Program Archive “Integrate the Inner and Outer Collectives, and Year 5 Program Archive "Co-Creating the Global Collective .”)

Listen to presentations by leading changemakers and deep, open-hearted sharing with like-minded community. Last year our points of light shared wisdom to remove the dust so we can shine more brightly. This year, we see the many points of light dancing together in larger symphonies of shared purpose. A great planetary shift is happening, and we must transform our unified expression in order to transform the world.

Here’s where you can catch up with any part of the program you missed, review a topic that particularly speaks to you, learn more about the guest experts and explore resources to take the topics deeper. To receive notices of future calls so that you can attend live, go to http://truepurpose.net/gathering

To a better world that works for everyone,
Your hosts Audrey Seymour and Beth Scanzani

  1. The entrepreneur is a tenacious leader with a pragmatic vision.
  2. The solution addresses a clear social problem.
  3. The solution changes systems, not just symptoms of the problem.
  4. The model prioritizes social impact over financial gain.
  5. The model generates a sustainable funding stream.

Homework - For those who want to get the most benefit from February's call, we want to share some resources and exercises to help you go deeper:

Take a time this week and seek to engage with your Trusted Source or Spiritual Guide. You can do that in prayer, meditation, walking or even just laying in bed. Ask your Source for support in the Path you most want to grow in.

  • If it is the Path of Purpose, ask what you can do to be truer to your divinely created Purpose. See what comes up for you and what you hear back.
  • If it is the Path of Partnership, ask what roles you and your Trusted Source would play together.
  • If is it the Path of Transformation, ask what activity in the world you need to move to that gets beyond thoughts and moves to actions.

Ask your questions to Trusted Source out loud. Write down what you hear back. Use this to guide your next level of growth.

7/9/14: Honoring and Healing the Self (a requirement for embodied action) with Gathering host and True Purpose™ Institute teacher Beth Scanzani. Read Beth's bio here.

Beth Scanzani

Recommended Practices:

  • The Gathering LinkedIn Group – Refer to the growing list of personal practices to help you love and honor yourself. Pick at least one practice each week from your list and put it on your calendar in a sacred space....and keep your commitment to that time with yourself.
  • Begin to develop a more respectful and loving relationship with the all of the parts of yourself.  Some great ways to do this are parts work, Voice Dialogue, IFST, NLP, etc.
  • Identify and shift limiting beliefs about yourself: Belief Closet, Massive Belief Relief, Byron Katie "The Work", EFT, Psych-K, etc.
  • If you are clear about your transformational process we call "Blessing," and better yet, the beginning state, ending state and steps of the process, begin the process of blessing yourself. It's often difficult to do this alone (or you likely would have done it by now), so it's good to have a coach and/or knowledgeable support team.  Contact bethscanzani@aol.com for more information about this level of support.
